Returns & Policies
We do not accept returns unless the item has been wrongly described or is faulty. If these are the circumstances, the item can be returned and a replacement or refund will be sent.
We keep all of our postage receipts to prove postage. If you do not receive an item and live in the UK, please wait up to 21 days in case the delivery has been muddled up or delayed (asked by Royal Mail), if it still has no arrived, please email email@example.com or use the "Contact us" page and leave the date of purchase and item that you purchased. We will try to get back to you ASAP.
If you do not receive an item and live Overseas, please wait up to 28 days before contacting us.
